Our company inbox feature is no longer in beta and released to all accounts who meet the following criteria:
- Can send text messages (on a grandfathered plan, or anything higher than grow plan)
- Has more than 1 user on the account
With the company inbox your team can collaborate on incoming communication as well as setup detailed routing rules for handling incoming calls.
Unknown calls and texts will now be visible in the company inbox, whereas previously they were visible in the account owner's inbox. Calls and texts from known contacts will continue to be smart routed to the assigned agent.
