Access custom fields on iPhone
With this release, you can now view and update custom fields from the Follow Up Boss iPhone app. This gives you even more access to your data and better visibility of your contacts’ details, no matter where you are.
This update also makes URLs added to custom fields display as links, so you can tap on them to load the page. Note: You'll want to include the "http" or "https" characters at the beginning of the URL to make the links tappable.
You can download the newest version of the iPhone app (version 2.17.0) on the App Store.
To view a contact’s custom fields, open their profile and scroll down to the Custom Fields section. You can tap a custom field to update it, and then save any changes.
