Emails that are part of conversations originating from Follow Up Boss are now always shared on lead timelines, regardless of sharing settings.
If an email is sent from Follow Up Boss (including Action Plan and batch emails), the email content is always visible to anyone with access to the lead. Any threaded replies to that email will also be visible.
This applies retroactively to all emails sent from Follow Up Boss, as well as any new replies.
A previous problem this update solves:
If an agent sent an email to a pond lead and then the agent lost access to that lead, then the email's content would be hidden even if email sharing was enabled.
With this release, these types of emails will always be visible to team members with access to the lead.
