Android v2.36.0: Inbox updates
We just released several improvements to the Android app, which give you more visibility and control over your inbox and conversations when you’re on the go. You can download the latest version of the Android app (version 2.36.0) from the Google Play Store here.
View assigned and closed inbox conversations
Now you can view inbox conversations that have been closed and assigned, which means you can navigate and filter through your inbox conversations with more ease.
Close conversations and reopen them if needed
We also added the ability to close and reopen conversations from the Android app, so you can keep your inbox more organized and stay on top of all your communication no matter where you are.
Assign inbox conversations
Lastly, we introduced the ability to assign inbox conversations to team members or team inboxes, so you can better triage and manage inbox items that need attention from others.
