You’ll notice a small tweak we made to the way tasks sort when they are created through an Action Plan.
Now, if you have multiple tasks created on the same day through an Action Plan, the tasks will display in the order in which they were created, not alphabetically as they previously displayed.
For example, if you have a task-based Action Plan that your team uses as a new listing checklist, all tasks created on day one of the Action Plan will sort in the order they were created. The sort order is the same as how they display on the “edit Action Plan” screen.
Previously, some customers used workarounds like labeling their tasks with number prefixes like “01 - Listing agreement” to get their Action Plans to display in the desired order. This incremental update gets rid of the need to manually label tasks like that, and aims to provide a bit more organization to your daily task management.
