What's new on Follow Up Boss

Now you can hover over a tag on a contact's profile to view a tooltip that shows when the tag was added to the contact, and who added it.

If the tag was added to the contact via a third-party API integration (external system), you'll see which API integration added the tag and when:

Please note: If a tag was automatically added to a contact through email parsing or if a tag was added before the release of this feature, a tooltip will not display when hovering over it.
