Faster loading timeline gets you up to speed quicker
Scanning a contact’s timeline is the fastest way to catch up on a detailed history of a contact’s activity and communication. Nobody likes getting their workflow interrupted by a slow-loading or cluttered timeline, which in the past, could happen with contacts who had long, detailed timeline histories.
With this release, contacts with large timelines now load at the same speed as regular contacts, so timeline lag is a thing of the past. Now you can review every contact’s timeline details without the wait, no matter how long or short their history.
We also moved “property search” and “saved property search” event logs to the activity section of the contact’s profile – specifically, to both the “recent activity” and “all activity” sections. Previously, these event logs displayed in the timeline, which could cause the timeline to load slower and prevent more important events like property inquiries from displaying clearly.
