We’ve just added a Sent folder to the Follow Up Boss inbox, and it’s live on both web and mobile starting today.
For a long time, customers have been asking for an easy way to track their outbound communications in the inbox—and now, it’s here. With the new Sent folder, agents can quickly reference their sent conversations, making it easier to stay organized and find important communication.
Here’s how it works:
The Sent folder shows all outgoing emails, texts, calls and inbox app conversations assigned to the inbox.
Both closed and open conversations will appear in the Sent folder.
Conversations assigned out will still appear in the Sent folder of the inbox they’re assigned to.
Outbound text messages sent via the quick text tool (without saving the lead) will also show up in the Sent folder.
Outbound messages from inbox app systems (e.g., texts or app-generated emails) won’t appear in the inbox until replied to but will be visible in the Sent folder.
The Sent folder brings Follow Up Boss inbox in line with what users expect from leading consumer inboxes like Gmail or Outlook. Here’s what it means for agents:
No more searching endlessly: You don't need to leave the inbox view or dig around for the last message you sent—everything is right there in the Sent folder.
Visibility for unsaved leads: Outbound communications with unsaved contacts (e.g., text messages) are now easily visible. Previously, agents had to wait for a reply to find the text message and lead’s phone number, which could cause confusion.
With the Sent folder, managing conversations has never been easier or more intuitive.
The Sent folder is live on web and mobile today. For more details on how the FUB inbox works, check out the Help Center article here.
