With the new Homes Tab, you’ll now see buyers’ activity, like homes they’ve viewed, saved, and shared in a streamlined, categorized format. No more sifting through long logs to find key insights. 🙌
What’s new?
- Organized client insights: Easily see which homes your buyer is most interested in, without the hassle.
- Key details at a glance: View each property’s last viewed date, view count, source, and other important info in the property card.*
- Streamlined workflow: Quickly find and act on the insights that matter most for your follow-up, from saved homes to the most viewed properties.
How it works:
For you:
- For your Zillow connections with a My Agent relationship: The Homes Tab shows your lead’s activity, including viewed, saved, and shared homes.
- For your leads from other sources, you can see their activity as it’s made available from your client portals.
For buyers:
- Life is busy, we all know, but it’s never been easier for buyers to keep you, their agent, up to date on their home buying journey.
The Homes Tab is available for all your leads. For Zillow Premier Agent partners, this will be displayed for clients with whom you have a My Agent relationship. Please note that you need to have Zillow's two way integration enabled for this feature to work. For all other lead sources, insights will be dependent on what’s available from your lead provider.
