Customers now can quickly gain insight into recent activity on their account
This release allows our customers a way to view recent notification activity on their account - the Notification Center. The Notification Center can be accessed easily from all primary tabs the iOS mobile app by clicking the bell icon.
Upon selecting the "bell" you will be brought to your list of recent notification activity. This list includes all the notifications that exist on the web and leads:
- You can review new lead notifications.
- You can review your lead assignment notifications.
- You can review your note mention notifications.
- You can review your conversation-assigned notifications.
- You can view your text message notifications.
- You can view your missed call and voicemail notifications.
- You can view your email opened or email clicked notifications.
- You can view your task assigned and task due soon notifications.
Additionally, you will be able to click on the notifications and navigate to the corresponding lead profile quickly.
- You can quickly view more details about your new leads.
- You can quickly view more details about your newly assigned leads.
- You can quickly view the notes you are mentioned on.
- You quickly navigate to assigned conversations.
- You quickly re-enter text conversations.
- You can easily navigate to call threads to view information about calls and/or listen to your relevant voicemails.
- You can quickly view full details about leads that are engaging in email communications.
- You can view your task assigned and task due soon notifications and easily view assigned tasks and tasks that are due soon.
If you do not have the update yet you can go to the mobile app store search for Follow Up Boss and click 'Update'
