We just released a couple updates to the iPhone app, which help you stay more organized and productive when away from your computer. You can download the latest version (v2.22.0) from the app store here.
Now you can manually log calls from the iPhone app, so you can keep track of all your communication, even when you're out and about.
Before, if a client called your personal number instead of your FUB business number, you needed to wait until you were in front of a computer to log the call in FUB. With this update, you can manually log the call in the iPhone app on the fly, so you can always keep your call history up to date in your CRM.
You'll also notice a full design refresh and new placement of the quick action menu, which puts your most commonly used actions within easier reach.
The old quick action menu was at the top of your screen, which caused some unneccessary finger stretching to tap it. With the new update, we dropped the menu down low to display at the bottom of your screen. Closer to your thumb and easier to reach.
The new design makes the menu easier to use, with better accessibility for your most frequently used actions, like making calls or scheduling appointments.
With this release, FUB is ending support for iOS version 14. Customers that want to experience these updates will be required to update their devices to at least iOS 15.
