Your rapid response to this call was impressive. We saw a huge number of customers successfully register their business.
With that said, we also saw plenty of customers experience trouble completing their business registration on time due to a number of factors, including some out of their control. So we knew coming up with an alternative solution was vital for those who were still in the process of completing it.
Today, we're excited to introduce an update to texting that assists in ensuring phone carriers deliver your messages, even if your business registration isn’t fully completed. Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly on this, and the early results are promising.
This update significantly changes how FUB sends texts on the backend for customers who have yet to complete their business registration. If you notice any unexpected issues with texting, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. While we anticipate a slight uptick in filtered messages for unregistered businesses, particularly for video texts or messages with links, registering your business in FUB will mitigate this.
It's important to note that while this update offers a short-term remedy to prevent carriers from blocking your texts due to incomplete registration, completing your business registration remains the most reliable, long-term solution. Phone carriers continue to view texts from registered businesses as credible and legitimate.
