We have seen an increase in carriers suppressing "Lead Text Alerts" mainly from AT&T. We are still actively working with our provider & carriers (ATT&T, Verizon, & T-Mobile) to get this resolved and want to provide everyone with this update.
We recently added two dedicated numbers to help improve Lead Alert SMS Text deliverability allowing for more volume and resiliency overall. We also just introduced a new suppression logic for SMS Text Lead notifications (New lead, Re-assigned, Inquiry) to a maximum of 1 every 10 seconds to help prevent excessive individual agent mobile numbers from triggering a mobile carrier Text SMS suppression due to bulk re-assignment event.
We do still advise everyone to rely on Mobile Push Notification alerts and/or email as those are not subject to these mobile carrier suppressions. For help setting up Mobile Push notifications on your phone learn more in our help section iPhone & Android or contact us
