Spam label calling protection is a new update that aims to keep your outgoing calls from being mislabeled as spam.
When you add your business information to FUB, weβll register your business with phone carriers. This helps carriers recognize your number as a legitimate business and reduces the chance your calls are flagged as spam.
Account owners can add their business information on the company page. Spam label calling protection also requires a completed business registration in FUB.
Once itβs set up, spam label calling protection also monitors spam reports to your number and will automatically request an appeal on your behalf if needed, so youβre covered even after setup.
Spam label calling protection can take up to two weeks to fully take effect across carriers.
Spam label calling protection is designed to support legitimate business outreach. If youβre making high volumes of unwanted or aggressive calls, leads may still report those calls to the carriers and continued reports would result in a spam label that persists.
As always, it's the responsibility of each user to comply with applicable laws and regulations when making calls, including any do-not-call restrictions or consent requirements.
