New Advanced Lead Flow Rules
When setting up advanced lead flow rules, a common use case is to distribute leads based on geographic location.
This is particularly helpful for larger brokerages that operate in multiple states or when leads from particular postal codes are best serviced by particular agents or teams.
To make this easier and more comprehensive, we now support lead flow rules for City, State, and ZIP Code.
We will look for this geographic information within a new lead's property related inquiry, address, and tag data in a priority order. Read more here.
