Automations were already kind of like your 24/7 assistant who combs your database for more opportunities nonstop. But with this release, Automations can now reassign a lead to another agent (or group of agents), so your team gets notified about cold leads at the moment they become active again.

Let’s unpack this important update:
1. We added a new Automation action for “Reassign.”
2. We added a new Automation action for “Add Note,” which can notify your team.
3. We added the ability to have multiple actions (one of each) triggered by a single Automation.
Here's just one example of how it works:
Now we can help you turn old leads into more appointments with less effort. Distribute stale leads to your team at the moment they’re ready to re-engage, and start the conversation automatically.
If a stale lead makes a new inquiry on your website or through another lead source, an Automation can now reassign the lead to another agent (or group of agents) on your team. That way, your team gets notified and can step-up to help right away.
And now that Automations support multiple actions, you can also add a note and assign an Action Plan to the lead at the same time as the reassignment. The note serves as a heads-up to your team about the lead’s recent event, and the Action Plan helps re-engage the lead.
This release gives your team more opportunities to discover more deals by getting in front of inactive leads at the moment they become active again.
