We've added a new automated tag — zillow-my-agent-send-invite — that flags the sphere contacts most likely to accept a My Agent invite, based on engagement signals from clients who have accepted a My Agent invite.
How it works
Zillow Pro evaluates your sphere contacts continuously against four signals:
- 5+ incoming communications — emails, texts, or calls from the contact
- Appointment or Showing stage — pipeline stage signal
- Sphere or Referral contact — relationship tag on the contact
- IDX save — saved a listing or search
When any one of these signals qualifies, FUB automatically applies the zillow-my-agent-send-invite tag and triggers three things:
- A task assigned to you with a due date
- A note logged on the contact's profile
- A notification email sent to you
- The contact surfaces in your My Agent Opportunity Smart List
