✨ New iPhone and Android app updates: Better communication on mobile 📱
These updates make it easier than ever to communicate with your leads from the Follow Up Boss mobile app. Whether you’re using the iPhone or Android app, this release is packed with features to help you work smarter and faster. From accessing recent messages directly on the lead profile page to blocking unwanted numbers, we’ve streamlined your workflow. Plus, with the addition of email and text options in the quick action menu, staying in touch with your clients has never been more seamless.
What’s new?
Recent messages on the lead profile page
- See your most recent messages at the top of the lead profile page for immediate context.
- How it works: Navigate to a lead profile, and your most recent conversations are right there, helping you pick up where you left off.
Sent folder in the inbox
- Quickly reference sent messages with a new dedicated sent folder in your inbox.
- How it works: Open the inbox, tap the sent folder, and view all emails, texts, and other outbound communications sent from FUB.
Quick action menu: Email and text
- Send an email: Compose and send emails directly from the quick action menu.
- Send a text: Now fully available on both iPhone and Android, send text messages instantly from the same menu.
- How it works: Tap the quick action menu button (+) in the app, select “Send email” or “Send a text,” and you’re on your way!
Block or unblock phone numbers
- Manage unwanted contacts with ease. Block or unblock phone numbers right from inside a message.
- How it works: In the messaging screen, tap the "..." menu in the top-right corner to block or unblock a number.
