Pause leads for an agent
There are times when you need to temporarily stop sending new leads to an agent, for example they are on leave, out of shift, or already got too many leads to handle. Now Admins can do it with one click on the Teams screen:
No more tedious editing of the Lead Flow and Group screens back and forth when you need to take someone out of rotation and then bring them back. Read more here.
