Send a quick text from any of your Follow Up Boss numbers
From every screen inside the Follow Up Boss web app, you’ll see a “quick text” icon at the top-right. This lets you send a text to any phone number or contact on the fly, without needing to first add the number to a contact or load the contact’s profile.
With this release, the quick text option now lets you choose your outbound "from" number, so you can quickly send texts from any of your Follow Up Boss phone numbers, including your dialer number, company number and any of your assigned Team Inbox numbers.
If needed, you can change your default outbound phone number on your Settings page. To learn more about texting through Follow Up Boss, check out the help article.
