📬 Smarter, faster, more flexible: A handful of helpful updates recently shipped

📱 Inbox filters on mobile are here
You can now filter by message type (calls, texts, emails, inbox apps) right inside the mobile inbox, just like on desktop.
Why it matters: Mobile users told us they were constantly digging for specific conversations. Now you can zero in fast, whether you’re hunting for that one email or filtering out calls to catch up on texts.
Bonus: This also lays the groundwork for more advanced filters in the future.
🧠 AI call summaries got sharper
We’ve cleaned up our AI-powered call summaries to make them more helpful:
- Concise summaries with no fluff
- Higher signal, lower noise
- Focused on action items
Why it matters: You’ll get the key takeaways from every call in seconds. That means faster follow-ups, less scanning, and nothing slipping through the cracks.
☎️ Number parking lot now live
You’ll now see a new section on the Phone Numbers page showing:
- Numbers not in use and scheduled for release
- Recently released numbers from the past 30 days
Why it matters: This gives you better visibility, especially if a number gets removed by accident. It also makes porting and tracking transferred numbers easier.
📹 Bigger video text limit on web
You can now send video texts up to 500MB from desktop. This brings it up to speed with mobile, which already supported that size.
Why it matters: Agents love video texting for intros, tours, and updates. Now you can send longer, higher-quality videos straight from your desktop without shrinking or editing.
✅ Smart List collections can be admin-only
You can now set Smart List collections to be visible only to admins.
Why it matters: It keeps things clean and organized, especially when you're using Smart Lists to drive team workflows or reporting.
📲 Smoother business registration fallback on mobile
If your account’s business registration isn’t complete, you will now be redirected to your native messenger app when texting a lead.
Why it matters: Before, this process was clunky and manual. Now you can message clients directly from your phone without needing to dig for their number or switch apps. It’s fast, seamless, and just works.
