Seamlessly communicate with your Zillow leads—all in one place—with Zillow Messages in FUB, an app-to-app messaging platform designed to boost buyer engagement and streamline your workflow.

How it works:
For you: Every new Zillow property-related connection creates a Zillow Message thread in FUB. You can send, view, and manage messages directly from the connection's profile or your inbox.
For buyers: Messages appear as push notifications (if enabled) or text messages, with options to reply via the Zillow app, mobile web, or directly through the text notification.
Why it matters:
Reach buyers where they are: With push notifications in the Zillow app plus SMS delivery, your messages are more likely to be seen and responded to, giving buyers multiple ways to engage with you.
Build instant credibility: Every first message includes an introduction card highlighting your expertise, helping establish trust and credibility from the start.
Boost engagement: In a pilot across 4 markets, we observed that buyers replied 6% more often to the first message an agent sent when it was sent as a Zillow Message rather than a text message, and 20% more for RTT connections.
Streamline communication: Manage all Zillow property related communications within FUB, unlocking smart messages, centralized tracking, call recording and transcripts and integration with smart lists. You can also introduce Zillow Home Loans loan officers* through group chats.
