We’ve added something new to your lead profiles that’s going to make your follow-ups smarter and more strategic. It’s called timeframe to move, and it’s here to help you track when your leads plan to buy or sell a home—so you always know exactly who to reach out to and when.
Why timeframe to move matters
Timing is everything in real estate. With the new timeframe to move field, you can easier track whether a lead is looking to make a move soon, or if they don’t have plans just yet. This helps you follow up with your hottest leads at the perfect moment and nurture longer-term leads without losing sight of them.
No more guessing when to check in or wondering who to prioritize. Timeframe to move puts the decision-making power right into your hands, helping you work smarter.
You’ll find the new timeframe to move field in every lead profile. Here’s how you can use it:
1. Set the timeframe: When you first talk to a lead, ask when they’re planning to buy or sell, then add that info to the timeframe to move field using one of the pre-set options:
0-3 months
3-6 months
6-12 months
+12 months
No plans
3. Power your Smart Lists: Use the timeframe field to create Smart Lists that are more targeted and effective. Combine it with other filters like last communication to prioritize leads who are ready to act within a specific timeframe. For example, build a list of leads with a "0-3 months" timeframe who haven’t been contacted in the last three days, so you can focus on the most urgent opportunities.
We’re working on even more ways to make timeframe to move an essential part of your workflow. Soon, you’ll be able to integrate it with AI Call Summaries to maximize its benefits.
