We’re thrilled to roll out a huge improvement to our Zillow integration: Client insight tools, a brand-new set of features designed to give you a crystal-clear picture of your confirmed clients’ Zillow activity inside FUB. These are exclusive insights that you can't get from any other CRM.

Whether your clients are viewing and saving homes, virtually touring them, or narrowing down their favorite neighborhoods, you’ll have a better sense of what your clients are considering—and know the best moments to engage. You’ve got leads, and now you’ve got the tools to prioritize them and tailor your approach, every step of the way.

You can access client insight tools from your clients' profiles in FUB and through the Zillow Premier Agent embedded app.

🚨 Important: Client insight tools are only available for confirmed clients with whom you have an active My Agent relationship. To access client insight tools, you'll need the two-way Zillow integration enabled.

Over the past few months, we’ve piloted these features with select customers, and the feedback was amazing. Now, client insight tools are available for all Zillow Premier Agents.

🎯 Get instant insights: Know when clients are active on Zillow

Ever wish you could know exactly when your clients are on Zillow, browsing homes? Well, now you can.

  • Client is “on website now”: This feature gives you real-time visibility into when your clients are actively browsing Zillow. Whether they’re having a quiet morning search or a late-night home-browsing session, you’ll know exactly when to reach out. No more guessing.

🔍 See what they’ve viewed, saved, and hidden

Know which homes your clients are checking out, saving, or even hiding. With this level of insight, you’ll see exactly what types of properties they’re gravitating toward.

  • Viewed and saved homes: Know what listings are catching their eye. If a property has their attention, you can help them act fast—or suggest something even better.

  • Shared, hidden, and virtually toured homes: Clients sharing listings with others? Hiding properties they don’t like? Virtually touring homes? You’ll have access to it all, helping you understand what’s in and what’s out in their search.

Note: These insights are available when your clients have selected you as their My Agent.

🏡 Stay on top of what’s important: Key moments that matter

Timing is everything in real estate. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to keep track of important client activities, so you’re always in the loop.

  • Re-engaged buyer: Ever have a client go cold? Now, you’ll know when they suddenly spring back to life on Zillow. Maybe they weren’t ready before, but things have changed—and you’re going to know about it. Contacts will be tagged with “Zillow reengaged buyer” if they’ve viewed a home’s details or saved a home on Zillow after being inactive for at least 14 days.

  • Specific home interest: When a client zeroes in on a specific property, you’ll see right away. Whether it’s their dream home or just the next step in their search, you’ll be there to help them move forward. Contacts who viewed a property’s details page on Zillow 10 or more times within a 7 day period will be tagged with the “Zillow specific home interest” tag.

Use these tags to create Smart Lists and power Automations, allowing you to surface key clients, trigger notifications, or automatically run Action Plans.

📝 Smart data: Predict when buyers and sellers are ready

Data isn’t just numbers—it’s a goldmine for prioritizing your leads. Powered by advanced machine learning and AI, Zillow’s predictive signals analyze patterns in buyer and seller behavior to give you a clear picture of who’s most likely to act next. No more wasting time guessing who’s serious—these tools help you focus your attention where it counts.

  • High intent buyer: When a buyer is flagged by the AI as ready to transact, you’ll be the first to know. Specifically, they’ll get tagged in FUB with a “Zillow high intent buyer” tag. Customers who are flagged by our model as a high intent buyer are 4.2x as likely to transact in next three months than those who are not flagged.

  • High intent seller: Sellers also come with AI-driven predictive signals. If they’re likely to list soon, they’ll get tagged “Zillow high intent seller”, so you can reach out before they even think about calling someone else. Sellers who are tagged as high intent sellers are almost 3x more likely to transact in a 6-month period than those not tagged.

  • Likely homeowner: Predictive signals can now tell you when a contact is likely a homeowner, giving you valuable context for your outreach. Clients will be tagged “Zillow likely homeowner.”

  • Likely renter: Know when a contact is more likely to be renting, helping you tailor your approach and messaging accordingly. Clients tagged with “Zillow likely renter” are determined to have high propensity to be considering renting

  • Likely to submit for mortgage: AI can flag when a client is likely to submit a mortgage application. This is a key moment in their journey, allowing you to step in and provide timely guidance or resources. Clients will be tagged “Zillow likely to submit for mortgage" when they are likely to initiate a mortgage inquiry with Zillow Home Loans in the next 30 days.

Heads up: Predictive signals work when your client has an active My Agent relationship with you.

Your client’s preferences are constantly evolving, and with the Buyer Activity Dashboard accessible through the ZPA embedded app, you’re never out of the loop. Whether it’s neighborhoods, price ranges, or home styles, you’ll get a full view of what they’re into, so you can offer the right recommendations at the right time.

  • Track preferences: As your clients fine-tune their search criteria, you’ll see their evolving preferences in real-time—target neighborhoods, price range, home styles, and more.

  • Personalized recommendations: With the Buyer Activity Dashboard, you’ll have everything you need to make spot-on suggestions. No more sending random listings. Instead, you’ll send homes they actually want to see.

  • Client’s timeframe: Now you can see your client’s timeframe to buy—perfect for planning your follow-up strategy.

  • Browsing in a new area: Clients shifting their search to a new neighborhood? No problem. You’ll see clients tagged with “Zillow browsing new area” when they’re exploring a different area so you can guide them with relevant listings and local expertise.

  • Buyer’s saved search: You can also access your client’s saved searches directly in FUB, giving you deeper insights into what they’re specifically looking for.
