Keeping track of your tours just got easier. Now, when you schedule a Real-Time Touring or My Agent tour for a ShowingTime-enabled property, it’ll automatically show up in your FUB calendar. No extra steps needed. Your appointments stay up to date, so you can focus on helping clients instead of managing your schedule.

Key benefits:

• Automatic appointment creation: Your Real-Time Touring and My Agent tour appointments on ShowingTime-enabled properties are instantly added to your FUB calendar, eliminating the need for manual entry.
• Seamless scheduling: Reschedule or cancel appointments easily by clicking on a link in your FUB calendar, which will redirect you to ShowingTime for quick changes.
• Save time and stay focused: Any appointment changes you make in ShowingTime will automatically update the synced FUB appointment. Spend less time on administrative tasks and more time engaging with clients.

How it works:

• Once you confirm a Real-Time Tour or My Agent tour for a ShowingTime-enabled property, it will automatically appear on your FUB calendar and the lead profile as a synced appointment (accessible via desktop and mobile).
• Reschedule or cancel appointments directly from FUB by clicking on the appointment link, which will take you to ShowingTime to make the necessary changes. Any changes in ShowingTime will automatically update the appointment in your FUB calendar.
• Appointment change requests from buyers will continue to reach you through your usual channels: Push notifications, SMS, and email.
• You will continue to be notified about your My Agent tour requests the same way as today: Via PA push notification, SMS, and email. Once you confirm these appointments, they will automatically sync to FUB.
