We wanted to make you aware that we have temporarily rolled back the Leaderboard’s ability to track appointments set outside of Follow Up Boss. The reason for this change is due to potential synchronization issues with external calendars causing appointments to be missed counted on the Leaderboard report. Appointments set within Follow Up Boss will continue to be tracked and reported on the leaderboard and not impacted by this rollback. Please know our engineering teams are working to find the root cause of these appointment count issues, and we will certainly re-enable the external syncing ability for the Leaderboard once resolved.
