For those who haven't' discovered this, we released a small update that now moves you to the top of the list when assigning and viewing leads. You now can quickly see your avatar and 'Me' selection at the top of the list when assigning or viewing leads and no longer need to scroll done to find yourself on the list.
We’re enhancing outbound bridge phone numbers to match the area code, state, and country of the person you’re calling through Follow Up Boss when possible. This goal of this change is to make it a bit less confusing when the mobile app is connecting you to a lead and help those customers with limited long-distance mobile plans reduce the likelihood of unexpected long-distance charge when connecting to a lead through the mobile app.
Pixel CTA supports virtually any IDX website (even multiple websites!) and installs in minutes to display a Call to Action (CTA) to visitors on your desktop and/or mobile sites. With the Pixel’s Website CTA enabled, your website visitors will be able to easily see your contact information and reach out to you.
The CTA is optimized for both desktop and mobile sites. On desktop, the phone number is prominent so your leads can quickly see it to call in, while Call and Text options will be prominent and easily tappable on mobile.

When viewing a conversation in a Team Inbox on your iPhone app, if another user is also viewing the same conversation, there is now an indication:
Clicking into the conversation will show you the name of the user viewing:

You can set up a Team Inbox to collaborate on communications with your teammates. Try @mentioning them in notes or assign them conversations directly.
