* We have paused the rollout of the Pond notifications feature until we can better segment notifications.
We've updated Pond notifications to help everyone on the team better track Lead changes and new Leads added to a Pond. The current behavior for the Pond Lead Agent is still the same as it is today and they will receive all notifications new inquiry, etc., from an existing lead in the Pond. For Pond Assigned Team members they will be notified of any new property inquiries made by Leads in the Pond and when Leads are released to the Pond. We used the same agent notification logic that we use to notify Agents and simply add Pond details to the existing Emails & Push Notifications we already send.

We've added Notes w/ Notifications support to Action Plans to help you create valuable action plan recipes that ensure your team stays informed and can quickly action lead prime events such as New Property Inquiry, Y-Priority Tag, Property Saved Event on your website.
The "Add Note" action allows you to add a note with merge field support to help record certain key events plus notify people on your team.
There are times when you need to temporarily stop sending new leads to an agent, for example they are on leave, out of shift, or already got too many leads to handle. Now Admins can do it with one click on the Teams screen:
No more tedious editing of the Lead Flow and Group screens back and forth when you need to take someone out of rotation and then bring them back. Read more here.
Sometimes one size doesn't fit all. Our call recording feature is great for coaching and keeping track of conversations, but what if you need to keep if off for some users? Now it's as easy as one tick on the Teams screen:
Slice and dice, mix and match, now you can have call recoding enabled for some users but not others. See more about call recording in Follow Up Boss.
Hey Android users,
If you’ve been using Team Inbox on the desktop you’ll be happy to hear that we’ve added it to the app as well. As of now, you can see all of the Team Inboxes you have access to as well as reply to the calls and messages in them. You’ll also see the conversation assigned to you in “My Inbox”.
You can now filter all of your inboxes to only show texts and calls or to show all inbox items. Take a look below and notice the three horizontal lines in the upper left, all you need to do is tap those to filter your inboxes.
Here’s our help documentation on Team Inboxes to get you started if you’re not using it yet.
Keep an eye out as we continue to round out Team Inbox functionality in the app and let us know what you’d like to see next!
A few other things we’ve been working on in case you haven't noticed them just yet:
Text templates are now available. Just tap the paper icon in the upper right of your text conversation to use a text template.
When an update is available in the app, you’ll see a little red badge show up over the Settings icon in the lower right to let you know so you can benefit from our updates as soon as possible.
We wanted to make you aware that we have temporarily rolled back the Leaderboard’s ability to track appointments set outside of Follow Up Boss. The reason for this change is due to potential synchronization issues with external calendars causing appointments to be missed counted on the Leaderboard report. Appointments set within Follow Up Boss will continue to be tracked and reported on the leaderboard and not impacted by this rollback. Please know our engineering teams are working to find the root cause of these appointment count issues, and we will certainly re-enable the external syncing ability for the Leaderboard once resolved.
